Mobile pyrolysis plant for recycle organic wastes

WTP develops a mobile pyrolysis plant system (ACRAC)  for the disposal of rice husks (and other plant waste) to obtain a finished product in the form of a mixture of amorphous silicon dioxide and active carbon.

A unique technological feature of the installation is the combination of low-temperature pyrolysis and gasification processes.

Continuity of operation

Up to 8000 h per year (11 month 24/7)

The combustion chamber, based on the principle of swirling countercurrents, operates on a wide range of fuels and uses the released pyrolysis gas as fuel to heat the pyrolysis reactor (closed cycle). This reduces gas consumption and ensures continuous operation.

Multi-production

Our technology allows us to control the amount of carbon of the final mixture.

You can obtain (including, but not limited to):

  • Silicon nano dioxide from rice husk
  • Active carbon from mango seeds

Effectiveness

The modular structure is designed using container-type blocks. This makes it easy to transport and deploy the installation almost anywhere.

Low power consumption and high by-product yield guarantee high productivity.

Schema of process in mobile pyrolysis plant

Work processes

  1. Plant waste is loaded into the hopper at ambient temperature.
  2. Drying at a temperature of about 150 °C.
  3. Pyrolysis in a reactor at a temperature of 400-500 °C with the use of a special catalyst.
  4. Pyrolysis gas combustion for reactor heating.
  5. Obtaining a by-product: active carbon, silicon nano dioxide
  6. The excess thermal energy can be used to dry rice grains or converted into electricity.
