Since 2014, certified WiseSoil technology has been used to improve the efficiency of biogas plants. For this purpose, pre-treatment modules and dewatering systems are used, which makes it possible to produce dry fertilizers and purify water for discharge into open sources.

The pre-treatment module can be complemented with a WiseSoil shredder, which shreds long fibers, removes stones and protects downstream equipment. The module, together with the chopper, control cabinet and other components, forms a pre-treatment system – a complete solution for optimizing a biogas plant.

Energy consumption for that treatment is only 2kwh per m3 of substrate.
